Solid onyx stone platter with a beautiful grain and almost translucent in parts, making a stunning presentation point for all your entertaining needs.
Artisans hand select the natural onyx stone for it's beauty of colour and grain, then cut and turn it by hand. Hence we see each piece being as unique as the customer interested in it. As such we will always send photographs of a selection of the product to customers either prior to or after an order has been placed for customer selection. We want you to love the raw natural beauty of these pieces as much as we do!

Size - Medium L 45cm x W 25cm x 2cm approx. Small 30cm x L 20cm W x 1cm H approx. Undercuts on both sides for the handles.
Care: Handwash in luke warm water. Avoid use of acidic items which make discolour the stone.
Handwash in warm water.
Impact
This co-operative was founded by the late Mansoor Ali, who pioneered fair trade practices in Pakistan’s stone industry while hiring artisans regardless of religion or ethnicity. The co-operative, then and now, works with underprivileged artisans to continue their traditional craft in stone and sheesham wood products.
It disperses orders to independently owned and operated onyx workshops that own their own equipment and rent or own their facilities. Most are family businesses employing several family members. Fair wages as well as additional benefits of profit-sharing, pension plans and medical benefits are provided to the artisans.
